Payments
To book your stay, a deposit of 30% is required (bank transfer or card).
The balance is due upon arrival if paying by card or cash; if by bank transfer, the payment must be credited at least 2 days before arrival.
The deposit is refunded only if the stay is canceled at least one month before arrival.

Security deposit
Upon arrival, a €200 deposit (card or cash) is required, which will be refunded at check-out.
If the deposit is made by card, the refund may take a few days depending on bank processing times.
Linen
Bed and bath linen (sheets, pillowcase, and towels) is not included in the stay price; we can provide it for €20 per person if requested at least one week before your arrival.
The apartments are equipped with a tablecloth, tea towel, bath mat, waxed mattress cover, bedspread, and an optional blanket.

Pets
Small/medium-sized pets are welcome, one per apartment, with a contribution of €30 for final cleaning expenses. We also ask that you do not leave dogs unattended in the apartment to prevent damage to the property and disturbances to other guests.
In common areas, dogs must be kept on a leash.
Minimum age for groups
To stay with us as a group of friends (3 or more people), all guests must be at least 23 years old.
