An oasis of relaxation
The house
At Residence Olmi, you’ll find ten apartments of various sizes spread over two floors of a large house, characterized by a musical score that wraps around the structure, decorating the railing of the first-floor terrace.
Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor space for dining and relaxing in the open air. The apartments are powered by renewable energy and all come with air conditioning for the summer and heat pumps for the mid-season and winter.
The garden
The property is surrounded by a large private garden with a play area for children to enjoy, tables for savoring an aperitif at sunset, deck chairs for reading a book in the shade of the trees, two barbecue areas, and space for yoga or exercise.
You’ll also find an unattended private parking area, a laundry area with a coin-operated washing machine, and an outdoor shower to freshen up after a day at the beach.
